Refund policy

Due to the delicate nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene standards, our policy is as follows:

  • Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at arikajewels@gmail.com.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return or exchange for damages, a clear Unboxing Video (starting from showing the sealed package to opening it) is strictly required. Without this video, we cannot process claims.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and it passes a quality check, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
